| Answer: | The only answer is with a mallet and wedge (wood or large old screw driver) on the back of the crank to slowly loosen it once the crank bolt has been removed, slow but steady is best rather than big thumps, then turn a quarter turn for next hit. |

| Answer: | The Max Weight for V600, upto 16 stone is no problem on the V600, above this we would recommend you move upto the V800. Physically both bikes will take upto 20 stone, but the foot print of the V800 makes it more stable for the larger person. |
